Luther is a former professional rugby player who gained 15 caps representing England (2014-2016) including in three Six Nations tournaments. He led Northampton Saints to their first ever Premiership Final and played for the Barbarians World 15 on three occasions, most recently in 2022. He is known for his physicality, commitment and dedication to the sport.
Off the field, Luther is a regular pundit on Sky Sports. He supports many charities and toured India with the 100 World Legends where he used the joys of rugby to coach and mentor children and teachers. He has a passion for supporting charities and projects around mental health and workplace wellness.
Drawing on his experiences as an elite athlete and leader, Luther is a recognised public speaker on leadership, mental health, diversity and inclusion. His insights help organisations create well-rounded and high-functioning teams. He has led Black History Month and Mental Health Awareness Day events for Asos.com and presented on leadership and culture with Kraft Heinz.
